Information you provide with a quote request

The quote form requires your project city or ZIP code and one phone number or email address. Building use, your name and the project description are optional.

Your project description can include approximate dimensions, what the building needs to accommodate and the work you want considered. Please keep your notes relevant to the building inquiry. Do not include payment card numbers, bank account details, passwords or identification documents in the project description.

How your inquiry details are used and shared

Topeka Pole Barns receives and reviews form inquiries through an email inbox managed by the website owner. The owner may manually share your contact and project details with builders for project review and follow-up. More than one builder may receive the request if needed. The form does not authorize unrelated marketing.

Providing a phone number or email address gives a way to contact you about the project. The project location, intended use and notes explain the work you are requesting. Sending an inquiry does not confirm that a building company has accepted the project or issued a quote.

Hosting, records and email delivery

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes network information needed to serve and protect it. Quote requests are recorded in a private Cloudflare D1 database and passed through Cloudflare Email Service to a Gmail inbox managed by the website owner. The owner uses Gmail to review and reply to inquiries. These services process information for hosting, storage, protection and communication. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page visits and loading performance.

Your browser stores random request references for delivery-status checks and duplicate prevention. The website does not save your form answers in that browser storage or send your name, contact details or project notes to general analytics. A protected network reference is used to limit repeated form attempts.

Project quiz and result emails

The project quiz uses your selected building use, type of work, interior goal and email address to prepare and email the result you request. Your email, answers, permission notice, result version and delivery status are recorded separately in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Email Service sends the result to the email address you provide. Quiz answers are not sent to the owner Gmail inbox as quote leads.

Requesting a quiz result does not authorize sharing your details with builders or subscribe you to marketing. To request project follow-up and possible builder referral, use the separate quote form and review its notice.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks the quiz for automated abuse. Browser and network signals are processed for that check. Protected references limit repeated attempts and result emails; your email address, free-text project details and private result record are not sent to general analytics. The browser keeps only a random result-request reference and its time for status checks.

Quiz records are kept to handle result delivery, investigate failures and prevent abuse. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently in place. To request a correction or discuss deletion, call the number below and mention the result reference.

Calls and voicemail

Calls to +1 785-384-4992 are forwarded to the website owner. If you leave a voicemail, the information you provide can be used to respond to your project inquiry.

Keeping and correcting inquiry information

We keep inquiry records and related emails to handle your project request, follow up on any builder referral and maintain related business records. No fixed automatic deletion period is currently in place.

The size, budget, comparison, planner and RV measurement tools calculate locally in your browser. Their entries are not submitted to us as a lead. When you choose to use those notes in a quote request, an editable summary is temporarily stored in this browser tab’s session storage and read by the quote form. The handoff is removed after reading or ignored after one hour. You can edit the notes before submitting under the quote form’s recipient notice. Downloading a checklist creates a file on your device.

Do not place names, contact information or sensitive property-access details in calculator fields. Contact and project details are submitted only when you send a quote request or request a quiz-result email through the respective form.
